Toe Socks Ankle

All good except for the colour, which does not match either the product description or the colour shown on the website. These socks are chocolate brown, not Charcoal (dark grey, close to black) as they are supposed to be. The elastic at the top is also quite tight around the ankle. I hope it will loosen a little over time and become less restrictive. When I contacted customer service to complain about the colour, they only told me that they “apologize that the colors of the products did not meet your expectations.” However, I did not see any intention to actually resolve the issue. The website still has misleading colour icons that suggest the socks are black. Also, they take so long to reply to emails which is frustrating.

Quality socks

So far the socks are great, but the color is not what I expected. In the picture they look black, and with the name “charcoal” I was expecting dark grey at least, but these are brown. A very dark espresso brown, but brown. Otherwise they are soft, comfortable, and breathable. If they end up being durable I will keep buying them, but please make them in black!

So delighted with the quality of these socks! Lovely, fine smooth organic cotton. Fit is excellent. Love the mosswood color, wish there were a few more colorways to choose from, would buy a dark or dusky blue in a heartbeat. Will buy more of these socks for sure. P.S. I'm in NY and shipping from the US made all the difference. :)
