Rose Monotone is a cool, dry rose by Claire Liégent (Takasago), at 20 percent concentration. Instead of a full rose bouquet, she works mainly with rose oxide, the metallic, slightly green facet of the flower. Brazilian pink pepper gives a cold, peppery start, and a cellophane accord adds a clean, glassy note.
