My bad 👎 I didn't check first - Maltodextrin is the first ingredient so it went in the trash. Wish it was better ingredients. The big chalky dry pills are awful too and I haven't seen supplements made like this in many years as they're not easily digestible. I gave it 1 start as the concept is great - just not the actual product
