Frybread Mix 1lb (16oz)

Excellent product! Got into making fry bread years ago after a trip to Arizona and kinda forgot about it until I saw an ad for Navajo Mikes and immediately ordered two bags. Have made tacos once and followed the instructions to let the dough sit for a while and the bread was perfect. Soft inside, a little chewy and crisp on the outside. Made for excellent tacos. Highly recommended.

This is a great product, and the only reason that I did not give it five stars was because of the directions. It tells you what to add and then that you may have to adjust to obtain the correct texture. I have absolutely no idea what that texture should be, I have, until yesterday never made fry bread. I liked my end result, but have no idea if it is correct or not. Otherwise, a great product my family and I love, crispy outside with light and airy inside that holds up well. Yes, I am going to buy again, and research what the texture is supposed to be.

Love it. It came open in the packing box. The owner sent replacements without me asking. Meaningful customer service. Will be ordering more in the future!
