This is a great upgrade for your espressomachine, the kit was easy to install. Using the gaggimate is a lot of fun, the only con i can imagine is that it tripled my coffee consumption.

Great kit, all the parts seem well built. The instructions were pretty easy to follow along too. The hardest part was finding a good spot for the controller to live inside the machine. I wish there were clearer instructions on the temperature offset, but other than that no complaints.

Great kit, will be even better with video instructions
Very good kit, and huge respect to the developers for this great project. For beginners like me, the Discord is an absolute must - they are super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The only thing I was missing is an official installation video (I heard it's on the way) as the picture-based instructions were sometimes a bit hard to understand for someone not profoundly familiar with the machine.
