Major Fitness B52 All-In-One Home Gym Smith Machine

I purchased the Major Fitness B52 for over $2,600. Unfortunately, several parts arrived scratched and dented. I contacted customer service, emailed them, and sent pictures showing the damage, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. For such an expensive purchase, I expected much better quality control and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Easy to assemble and is everything I expected when I placed the order. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Delivery was good. I was missing four washers. I contacted the seller and they offered me $10 so that I can go get the washers. I paid over 3K for this and to me that’s a lot of money. I didn’t like the fact that I was being given $10 so that I would go get my own washers. I had to do that and I ended up spending $17. The machine is really nice, but I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth because customer support kind of sucks. That’s the reason for my rating. Not so much on the equipment more and customer support.
