The chairs and table were very easy to assemble. They provided the screws and a ratchet to make the job easier.

This is a nice set. The chairs are very sturdy and the cushions are awesome. I regret not getting the foot rest.

Frustrated

Swivel chairs look good on my screened patio. Swivel and rock operate very smooth. Cushions very comfortable. Chairs and table easy to assemble. It would be given a higher rating except for the lack of customer support. My order was missing the chair covers which I paid. I have been contacting the customer care team for weeks but have yet to get a response from them. I have used all avenues to contact them. They owe me the covers so I will continue my efforts to get them. Their customer service is lacking.
