I bought this Metro for my granddaughter for Christmas. The color sunshine reminds me of her and Southern California where she lives. I'm sure she will love it as much as I love mine.

This is the perfect 'goes everywhere with everything' bag! It fits all the classic purse items - two phones, lip balm, card wallet, comb, hand lotion, and a foldable reusable shopping bag. Pebbled leather is very forgiving and both looks and feels great!

The first crossbody had a defect. I called immediately and the support member addressed the situation. Within 10 days, the new one arrived and it’s perfect!! I am currently in a dispute with a luggage company, who won’t stand behind their product, so receiving such great customer service from Portland is greatly appreciated!
